This 5-story mixed-use property was completed in 2004 and showcases 25,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, 54,000 square feet of office space on the 2nd and 3rd floors and 23 condos on the upper levels. Although this block was a surface parking lot from 1987 – 2002, this address has a rich history in downtown Champaign. Built in 1865, Barrett Hall was one of the first brick structures built in the area and housed the Swannell Drug Store and Browns Business School.
