Our team is responsible for the day-to-day operations of One Main Plaza, M2 on Neil, and several other properties around downtown Champaign. From the launch of this company, the goal has been to provide the highest level of customer service for our valuable tenants. From the office staff to the maintenance department, we strive daily to offer an environment for all that choose to live, work, and play here to be proud of.
Dave Jones
PRESIDENT & CEO
Dave Jones serves as the President and CEO of One Main Management, LLC. For the last decade, he has been at the forefront of the revitalization of this essential part of our community. A CPA by training and an entrepreneur by spirit, Dave chooses a strategic, no-nonsense, results-oriented approach to driving growth in the residential and commercial landscape.
With a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Dave has significant experience in finance and accounting in both the public and private sector. Prior to joining One Main, Dave achieved success in a variety of arenas ranging from independent consulting to working for Ernst & Young, to serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Controller for Mid-American Motorworks and managing their annual revenues of over $40 million. Additionally, Dave served on the Board of Directors for the University of Illinois Credit Union from 2006 to 2016, where he was active on the Executive Committee.
A native of Champaign, Dave continues to make this his home with his wife, Lisa and his two daughters, Alexis and Addison.
Troy Beard
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Troy is the Chief Financial Officer for One Main Management, LLC as well as the Designated Managing Broker. He oversees all financial operations, as well as the day-to-day operations of the company with two decades of experience in the accounting, financial and real estate industry. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Eastern Illinois University.
Troy is a native of Champaign but now resides in Mahomet with his wife and two daughters. During his free time away from work, he enjoys almost every sport imaginable, outdoor activities such as camping, hunting, and fishing and spending time with his family.

Meghan McGow-Boysaw has over 10 years of experience helping customers feel supported and understood. She’s worked in SaaS, property management, real estate, and education—always focusing on problem-solving and clear communication. Meghan is at her best when she’s bringing people together, smoothing out issues, and improving the overall customer experience
When she is not at work she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.

In 2004, Jon “Cody” Sokolski introduced his “Live. Work. Play.” vision to downtown Champaign with the opening of One Main Plaza. What had once been a surface parking lot became a five-story mixed-use property, sparking the launch of One Main Development, LLC and setting the stage for a new era of growth in the city’s core.

By 2009, the vision expanded with the completion of M2 on Neil, a nine-story building combining retail, offices, and 51 condominiums. Together, One Main Plaza and M2 transformed the Neil and Main intersection into a hub of business, dining, and residential life.
2017
In 2017, every condominium in both buildings were sold into private ownership, and office and retail occupancy consistently surpassed 95%. These properties not only filled with thriving businesses and residents but also catalyzed a broader renaissance of downtown Champaign as an entertainment district and economic driver.
