This 9-story mixed-use property was completed in 2009 and features 27,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, 106,700 square feet of office space on the middle levels, and 51 condominiums on the upper floors. Although this site was a surface parking lot just a decade earlier, it also carries a link to downtown Champaign’s past. The building incorporates the restored façade of the Trevett-Mattis Bank, originally constructed in the late 1800s at 112 W. Church Street, preserving a piece of the city’s early commercial history within its modern design.
