The team at One Main Management, LLC is responsible for the day-to-day operations of One Main Plaza, M2 on Neil, and several other properties around downtown Champaign. From the launch of this company, the goal has been to provide the highest level of customer service for our valuable tenants. From the office staff to the maintenance department, we strive daily to offer an environment for all that choose to live, work, and play here to be proud of.
Dave Jones, President & CEO
Dave Jones serves as the President and CEO of One Main Management, LLC. For the last decade, he has been at the forefront of the revitalization of this essential part of our community. A CPA by training and an entrepreneur by spirit, Dave chooses a strategic, no-nonsense, results-oriented approach to driving growth in the residential and commercial landscape.
With a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Dave has significant experience in finance and accounting in both the public and private sector. Prior to joining One Main, Dave achieved success in a variety of arenas ranging from independent consulting to working for Ernst & Young, to serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Controller for Mid-American Motorworks and managing their annual revenues of over $40 million. Additionally, Dave served on the Board of Directors for the University of Illinois Credit Union from 2006 to 2016, where he was active on the Executive Committee.
A native of Champaign, Dave continues to make this his home with his wife, Lisa and his two daughters, Alexis and Addison.
Troy Beard, Accounting Manager
Troy is the Accounting Manager for One Main Management, LLC. He oversees all accounting operations for the properties we manage, as well as the day to day operations of the company. He received his Associates Degree in Business Administration from Parkland College and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Eastern Illinois University. Before joining One Main, he worked in accounting and bookkeeping in the private sector with a focus on real estate management, restaurant management, education and advertising.
Troy is a native of Champaign, but now resides in Mahomet with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys sports, graphic design, camping and hunting, when he is not behind his computer.
Suzanne Wingate, Director of Customer Relations
Suzanne is the principal liaison between the management company and its clients, tenants, and residents. Well known for her friendly customer support and extensive knowledge of the Central Illinois community, Suzanne provides a wide range of services to current customers and future prospects. Prior to joining One Main, Suzanne honed her conference planning skills at the University of Illinois through the Office of Sustainability where she coordinated the prestigious Governor’s Symposium and Planet U. She also served for many years as the College for Kids Coordinator at Parkland College. Suzanne’s deep commitment to families and children in the Twin Cities community has led her to serve on boards, volunteer countless hours, and stay active in women’s organizations. She lives in Champaign and is proud of her son and three daughters and their successful careers.
